The massing of the dorm retains a strict rectangular shape, but has increased dimensions in comparison with the building that stands on the site now. This allows you to build more ergonomic living cells.
The entrance on the ground floor is recessed relative to the facade of the building, thus it allows you to highlight it and create a laconic "inscribed" visor.
In order to "break" the monotony of the facade, a staggered window step technique was used.
A rational window size has been chosen, which allows you to maintain a balance between energy efficiency and comfortable viewing and lighting from the window.
