The villa is intended for rent, as the plot is located in a favorable and picturesque location in the Burabay National Reserve between two lakes and surrounded by mountains. This primarily affected the building's shape, as well as its orientation towards lakes and mountains.
The villa consists of two blocks divided into two floors. The first block is a general purpose one with a living room, kitchen, sauna, and the second is a private one with two bedrooms. The floors are rotated 90 degrees relative to each other, so that each bedroom has a view of one of the lakes.
